Juhfark Selection 2015
The grapes of the emblematic local variety were mostly destemmed and shortly macerated. After spontaneuos fermentation the wine aged in Hungarian and French oak barrels for 8 months.
Flowers lead the aromas bached by cool minerality. Deep, well-structured and concentrated wine with high acidity. Quince, bitterish almond notes, some pastries and saltiness elevate the aromas. Few years of bottle ageing will reveal its most enjoyable qualities.
