Cseresznyeérés Rozé 2016
The newest on the market from the vinery of Hegyi-Kaló which was made of Medina spieces. Medina is crossed in Eger, and belonging to the vine region of Eger. In the nose raspberries comes out which is accompanied with vanilla and walnut notes of the barrel. Light red in the glass, so with these experiences i could believe it is a kadarka wine. The gulp is fleshy, exciting and rounded, fulfilling the whole mouth. It was macerated for 3 days, so it is more than a rosé it is more like a red wine. In the finishing fine vulcanic minerality appears which is the soil of Szomolya where this wine was grown. Consume it next to paprika fish dishes!
